The USATF Mid-America Region inludes the following USATF Associations:

Dakota, Colorado, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri Valley, Nebraska and Ozark.

Minnesota Association members who are Masters athletes and who register for the USATF Minnesota Association Open & Masters Outdoor Track & Field Championships will automatically be included in the Mid-America Masters Region meet.
