Cross Country

The 2009 USA Track & Field Minnesota Cross Country Circuit is a team competition consisting of 5 races in which USATF Minnesota-registered teams compete for points toward year-end awards.  Competition is conducted in six categories - men's open, women's open, men's masters, women's masters, men's grand masters and women's grand masters.  For information on how to take part in the 2009 USA Track & Field Minnesota Cross Country Circuit, refer to the Team Circuit Rules on this web site.

Sunday, September 20 - Ft. Snelling Relays (5 X 5 km), Fort Snelling State Park, St. Paul
Sunday, September 27 - Twin Cities Running XClassic, Cleary Lake Regional Park, Prior Lake
Sunday, October 18 - USATF Minnesota Cross Country Challenge, Highland Golf Course, St. Paul
Saturday, October 24 - Jack's Run 5K, University of Minnesota Golf Course, Minneapolis
Saturday, November 14 - USATF Minnesota Cross Country Championships, Valleywood Golf Course, Apple Valley
